Im selben Jahr erlangte das Unternehmen den Status eines Microsoft-Partners, was den Support für die Microsoft Cloud verbesserte.  2019 gelang Olbricht IT der Einstieg in die App-Stores von Android und Apple. Im Dezember desselben Jahres wurde das Team um einen Experten für Grafik und Struktur ergänzt.  Anfang 2020 investierte das Unternehmen in leistungsstarke Webserver, um WordPress-Projekte mit höchster Leistung, Flexibilität und Sicherheit zu unterstützen. Im Februar 2020 wurde Olbricht IT Apple AFS-Partner, um attraktive Leasing-Angebote für Apple-Technik anzubieten.  Im April 2020 überschritt Olbricht IT die Marke von 100 Kunden.  Im Juli desselben Jahres führte das Unternehmen Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ein, um die Mehrwertsteuer-Umstellung effizient zu bewältigen.  Im November 2020 erreichte Olbricht IT den Status eines Microsoft Silber Partners. Im Juni 2021 eröffnete das Unternehmen einen neuen Standort in Osnabrück.  Seit Februar 2022 wächst das Team stetig mit neuen Mitgliedern in den Bereichen Projektleitung, IT-Support, Content-Erstellung, Microsoft Power Platform und Grafikdesign.
